Moose's Weekly Picks

Great week last week as Moose went 10-6.  Well, that's probably enough small talk wouldn't you say?  Let's get into the picks with kickoff only a few hours away.

Kansas City (+3.5) at Philadelphia: The Iggs defense is in shambles.  Expect the Fat Man to at least keep it close, if not walk out with a win.  PICK: KC

San Diego (+3) at Tennessee: San Diego's offense has been rejuvenated with a new coach.  I think they can get by the Tight ones.  PICK: San Diego

Cleveland (+6.5) at Minnesota: What's going on in Camp Chudzinski?  Richardson traded and Weeden benched?  Doesn't bode well for the Brownies.  PICK: Minnesota

Tampa Bay (+7) at NEP: The flying Elvises have been anything but flying high despite being 2-0.  But the Bucs offense has been even worse.  Still, the Pats have only won by 5 points combined in their two games.  PICK: Tampa

Houston (-2.5) at Baltimore: Houston's offense might overwhelm this Ravens team like the Broncos did in week 1.  PICK: Houston

St. Louis (+4) at Dallas:  Dallas has played two very poor games but is somehow 1-1.  Gimme the lambs.  PICK: St. Louis

Arizona (+7.5) at New Orleans: The Saints are looking like the Saints of old.  Going to the Superdome is always a challenge as well.  PICK: New Orleans

Detroit (+2) at Washington: Washington has gotten blown out in its first two games.  Depending on the health of Reggie Bush, Detroit could put a big number on the 'Skins as well.  I'll make this my NO DOUBTER of the week.  PICK: Detroit

Green Bay (-2) at Cincinnati: The Bungals have looked a bit lackluster the first two weeks.  Meanwhile the Packers have been piling on the points.  PICK: Green Bay

NYG (+1) at Carolina: Eli has been turning the ball over in prolific fashion.  Carolina is awful though.  Not really sure about this one.  PICK: NYG

Atlanta (+2.5) at Miami: Miami is 2-0.  Smokescreen.  PICK: Atlanta

Indianapolis (+10) at San Francisco: San Francisco is going to beat up on the Colts after getting flattened by the Seahawks last week.  I bet Coach Harbaugh ripped up Kaepernick's drawing on the fridge after the game Sunday night.  PICK: San Francisco

Jacksonville (+19.5) at Seattle: Wow. What a spread.  The Seahawks will probably overlook the Jagoffs after last week's emotional win.  They only win by 14 or so here.  PICK: Jacksonville

Buffalo (+2.5) at NYJ: EJ Manuel looks fairly mature.  Geno Smith does not.  PICK: Buffalo

Chicago (-2.5) at Pittsburgh:  Pittsburgh has Big Ben and nobody else.  Chicago looks pretty good so far.  PICK: Chicago

Oakland (+15) at Denver: Oakland's defense isn't that bad.  PICK: Oakland

OVERALL: 16-15-1
